When Beryl Love led the project team that launched ON Weekly about a year ago, he didn't know he'd wind up as the editor and general manager. But the job seemed to choose him. "I got really excited about the opportunity and mission -connecting readers in their 20s and 30s with the community," says Love. a former news editor at The Cincinnati Enquirer

Love enjoys everything about ON Weekly, but his favorite part of the job is leading the staff and working with young talent.

"I get to watch them grow and develop as I watch the product grow and develop," he said.

Community involvement is an idea near and dear to Love who has chaired the Panegyri Greek Festival for quite a few years. He encourages all young people to get involved in the community and he often finds himself championing the opportunities Cincinnati offers.

"There are enough places where you can find what's wrong with the city," he said. "I want to shine the light on what's good about it."
