Eric Browne takes success personally.

"I've never been involved in anything that hasn't succeeded," he said.

And this includes the ProjDel Corp. Browne launched ProjDel, a company that provides project and construction management services, in 1995. The Locklandbased firm has helped manage more than $2 billion in projects, including Paul Brown Stadium and ongoing work on the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.

Originally from Jacksonville, Fla., Browne earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Browne's community service includes being a board member of the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce. He's also a board member for Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and a trustee for the Cincinnati Ballet

So much is Browne is an advocate of the local community, it is a policy at ProjDel that each employee volunteer in the community for four hours each month.

"My whole life I've been committed to my community," said Browne, who lives in West Chester with his wife and three children. "It's given me my best."
