By Bill George; ALFIE HAALAND insists he will not go looking for revenge after surviving the Roy Keane horror tackle at Old Trafford on Saturday.
The Norwegian midfielder left Manchester at the weekend to report for international duty, counting his blessings after being sent spinning by Keane in the Manchester derby.
City boss Joe Royle claimed his captain was fortunate to escape serious injury, believing that he survived only because his leg was off the ground when the challenge took place.
Haaland agrees with his manager's sentiments and admits he cannot understand why Keane exploded in such an outrageous manner.
