Abstract

Cette recherche est une recherche heuristique sur la structure et le sens de l'experience de la decouverte d'un nouveau sens a l'enseignement apres une remise en question professionnelle. Elle s'inscrit dans une perspective plus large de reflexion et de recherche sur l'enseignant comme personne, en relation avec d'autres personnes, par le biais de la matiere enseignee.

L'experience etudiee est definie comme une experience de differenciation faisant partie d'un cheminement existentiel, l'enseignement devenant alors un lieu ou un espace relationnel est possible, espace qui permet a l'enseignant comme a l'enseigne de poursuivre leur propre cheminement.

Ce qui ressort de la synthese est ensuite mis en parallele avec les conceptions de differents auteurs afin de montrer que la presente recherche s'inscrit dans un champ de recherche plus large sur le developpement de l'etre humain et sur le sens de l'enseignement.

This research is a heuristic research on the structure and meaning of the experience of the discovery of a new meaning in teaching after professional questioning. What emerges from the synthesis is then put in parallel with the conceptions of different authors in order to show that the present research is part of a broader field of research on the development of the human being and on the meaning of teaching. .
