Abstract

C'est a partir d'une approche heuristique que fut etudiee l'experience du rapport a soi lors d'un changement actualisant. Apres avoir ecrit un recit autobiographique, l'auteur fait l'analyse de sa propre experience. Il regroupe ensuite les elements de son analyse en themes et sous-themes, puis il ecrit une synthese creative de son experience du rapport a lui-meme lors de changements qu'il a vecus.

Il rencontre ensuite des co-chercheurs, puis fait une analyse et une synthese de leur experience. Ces syntheses sont ensuite mises en interaction avec la synthese de l'experience du chercheur.

Ce n'est qu'a la toute fin de sa recherche qu'il discute de sa comprehension des experiences etudiees avec les conceptions de differents auteurs de la litterature humaniste-existentielle en psychologie. Une synthese finale est elaboree a partir de ce que lui a apporte la rencontre avec la litterature.

It is from a heuristic approach that the experience of the relationship with oneself during an actualizing change was studied. After writing an autobiographical story, the author analyzes his own experience. He then groups the elements of his analysis into themes and sub-themes, then he writes a creative synthesis of his experience of the relationship with himself during the changes he has experienced.

He then meets co-researchers, then makes an analysis and synthesis of their experience. These summaries are then put into interaction with the synthesis of the researcher's experience.

It is only at the very end of his research that he discusses his understanding of the experiments studied with the conceptions of different authors from the humanist-existential literature in psychology. A final synthesis is developed based on what the encounter with literature brought him.
