From a young age, Jill Meyer Vollman wanted to be a lawyer and involved with the community.
"My mother was always volunteering her time to various charities, and ever since I was a little kid I was helping with her," she said.
Today, Vollman, 32, has met those goals. She's a partner with Frost Brown Todd, handling First Amendment issues, media and advertising law. She's chair of the
American Bar Association's Forum on Communications Law, Training and Development Committee and is active with the Media Law Resource Center. She also sits on the board for Santa Maria Community Services and on the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's Downtown Council Steering Committee.
Vollman earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph and her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
She'll always be involved in the community, she said, both through legal associations and charitable works.
"I was raised with an awareness of what I had and that I should share it."
