Abstract
This was a survey research study that examined how completion of a Community Leadership Association program affects women's leadership roles in organizations at the community level. This research was designed to answer four research questions: (1) How does completion of a Community Leadership Association program affect women's leadership roles in organizations at the community level? (2) What levels of leadership roles do women achieve or aspire to after completion of a Community Leadership Association program? (3) If women increase their participation in leadership roles in organizations at the community level, which organizations will benefit the most in terms of participation? (4) How does completion of a Community Leadership Association program affect women on a personal level?
