The MORE thinking frame: Guiding students' thinking in the laboratory

Abstract (Summary)

The Model-Observe-Reflect-Explain (MORE) Thinking Frame is a laboratory-based instructional tool developed to address some of the weaknesses of undergraduate science programs. Tien et al describe the use of the MORE Thinking Frame in a chemistry laboratory course and provide preliminary assessment results.
