We are a nation at war, and in some respects, Reinventing the Wheel is a retelling of the classic war story---the story of men from all walks of life suddenly bound together by shared pain and loss. This fiction compilation chronicles the experience of today's American soldier---the loneliness that comes from being far from home, the feeling of brotherhood and belonging, and the fear of death and failure.
